Whether you're completely set on pursuing a career in pharmacy or still figuring things out, I'm excited to help you out and will do my best to provide you with as much learning opportunities and resources as I can. Outside of the pre-pharmacy society, I am currently volunteering as a pharmacy technician at the Veterans Home of West LA.

I am delighted to give back to the UCLA PPS community as this year's internal vice president! Pharmacy embraces both of my passions, education and geriatric care. To broaden my understanding of the field I worked as a pharmacy technician at CVS/Pharmacy and as an outreach coordinator at the Asian American Donor Program in the bay area. I believe pharmacy provides a platform for service, compassion, and personal growth, and hope my life will reflect these values.

I have been in PPS for 2 years as the Social Chair and EVP, and ecstatic to be continuing as the EVP. Through the club I have been able to learn more about the field of pharmacy and has given me the opportunity to be a pharmacy technician at the Veterans Home. I am will be applying to pharmacy school the next cycle and will studying for the PCAT as well. This upcoming year, I want students be able to network with pharmacists and have the opportunity to become involved in different pharmacy outlets. Also, to aid the next steps into the real world - getting ready to apply to pharmacy school. I want our future pharmacists to apply to schools that best fit them and what they love. I hope to open different doors to students entering the field of pharmacy.
